Return and Refund Policy

For any unworn product, simply return it with its tags and labels still intact and on the product, original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 25 days of purchase. We will exchange the product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following products are not eligible for return: M.E.N.'s Socks, Face Masks, and Scrunchies, Resort swimwear once the protective liner is removed.

If an item is faulty we will offer to repair it within the 25 day return policy, please note an item damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty and no refund or exchange will be offered.

If wanting to return an item email info@madaleinenelson.com with your order number and reason for return. We will be in touch shortly. Please expect your refund in 5 business days after we received the product.
